What happens to my data if I cancel? Download all photos, videos, patient’s contacts, and chart details anytime from computer even after cancellation. We hold your data securely for at least 90 days after cancellation – nothing is deleted immediately.
Is a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) available? Yes, a signed HIPAA BAA is available for all US customers at no extra charge. Required before going live with patient data.
Can I add more devices to my plan? Yes, additional device licenses can be added to any plan. Contact us for per-device pricing above your plan limit.
Can I pay month to month? Yes, monthly billing is available for both Starter and Practice plans. Starter is $180/month and Practice is $240/month on monthly billing. Annual billing saves you 2 months, $150/month for Starter and $200/month for Practice billed annually.
Do you offer a free trial? Yes, 14 days free, no credit card required. Your photos and data are safe during and after the trial.
Do you offer a longer-term plan? Yes, a 4-year plan is available at $130/month for Starter and $175/month for Practice, billed once every 4 years. That’s a saving of 13% compared to the annual plan. Contact us at info@curecasthealth.com to get the 4-year invoice.
